Ever since Lane went to a basketball camp this past summer, he's been wanting to play it. So when I found out that Roanoke offers a Winter league AND that there was a Kinder/1st grade league, we signed him up! He was so excited and definitely ready for his first game this past Saturday, especially since the ice storm delayed the opening weekend!

Even though they lost he had a blast just playing! I think it's safe to say bball probably won't be his main sport, due to his height, or lack thereof, ha,but he had fun!

There are no words of how happy and proud you get when watching your kids! He is such a sport centered boy who wants to try it all, and I love that about him! He tries his best at everything and I love watching him play any sport! This was something new and I hope that he has a great, fun season!! Go Mavs!

Check that kids age! haha that is the funniest thing I have seen all day! And it is pretty cool the the Michigan and Texas flag are right next to each other!
