Happy Monday everyone!!
Another fully loaded December weekend in the books!
.
I felt like I was up at the school all day on Friday. The boys had their holiday lunches, at two different times of course, then Lane sang in the choir during another lunch time! So grateful that I'm able to be there, and little man did great being toted around!
Friday night we had Lane's school Christmas party at Main Event. The boys did a crazy sock exchange, ate pizza, bowled, played laser tag, and more!
Saturday started very early for Paul and the boys. To raise money for the schools, our district hosts the Reindeer Romp every December. You can choose to do a 1 mile fun run or a 5K. Paul did the one mile with Levi and Lane ran the 5k!
I'm beyond proud and not to mention super impressed with Lane. Out of over 940 people who participated in the 5K, kids and adults, he got 22nd place!!! So crazy to me!!
After the run, it was back to the house to gear up for the FOUR games that we had that afternoon. Both boys are playing basketball and flag football! We like to make ourselves crazy!!
By 4:30 we were done with games, ran back to the house to change clothes and freshen up, and then back out to go to the Gaylord for the evening with family! It's a Christmas tradition and we love it!
This little one saw Santa, and then just wasn't feeling it. He was a little fussy and soon went to sleep.
Snow tubing with Haley!
It was a very late night, so sleeping in was the name of the game Sunday morning! Other than a birthday party, we kept it a pretty low key day. We did however manage to squeeze in making gingerbread houses and sugar cookies with Grammie and Haley!
This cutie!
And the finished products...
Thankful for lots of family time this weekend!! This week we have school parties, half days, and work parties to look forward to!!
